The Navigator Program supports professional development, fosters peer collaboration, and enhances the overall professional experience for newly recruited forensic physicians. New forensic physicians are paired with more experienced forensic physician advisors who provide informal guidance and peer support during the new recruits’ initial period of practice within the Forensic Psychiatric Services.
